Prepaid cards brought to life fabulously
In the vast financial landscape of Tier 3 Indian cities, many traditional prepaid cards feel cold, clinical, and completely disconnected from the local culture. Fab Money needed a card design that instantly built trust, felt aspirational, and celebrated the local heritage of its users. We developed a full card design system that was the opposite of generic. We anchored the aesthetic in a vibrant, rich red and bold gold palette, creating an immediate sense of value. The key was creating a modular system: the design was engineered to feature a local monument or architectural silhouette on the face of the card, allowing it to be adapted across 15 different launch cities. This approach transformed the card into a piece of cultural currency. To ensure a premium first impression, we also designed the full packaging kit and the unboxing experience so that the card reached the customer in a way that felt trustworthy, familiar, and modern.
